New Year…New You?

There are so many stories around the New Year.

We all have the idea that in the new year we will work out, get fit, lose weight, get organized, stop drinking, journal, etc. The list can go on and on.

It sounds like a great idea, but what if you:

Evaluate your “resolutions” and really decide if these are things you want to do or things you think you should do. Maybe, you don’t need to do any of them. It is ok to love the way you look right now. Or decide that you don’t want to journal or go to the gym. Maybe your resolution is to keep doing what you’re doing.

Be open that the new year can be a way to start fresh, but only to see everything with love and compassion for yourself and others. Give yourself some grace to experience the journey without the expectations or “shoulds” that come along with resolutions. No pressure to make everything better, but simply enjoy it all more.

I’ve decided to skip the resolutions and instead embrace an emotion that I want to apply to the new year. Everything I choose to do will be inspired by that emotion. No pressure to make and accomplish resolutions and certainly no time frame to do so. Take a moment to think about some emotions that you could use.

I would love to help you find and embrace your emotion! Schedule a Discovery Consult or send me an email. I would love to help you!
